Redpath Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a Sydney head contractor with a robust pipeline and a well-resourced pre-construction team. You will work directly with the Director alongside two Estimators and a Junior Estimator, taking ownership of tenders from review through submission.
You will influence bid strategy, risk and commercial positioning, lead tender planning and subcontractor engagement, and mentor the estimating team to ensure seamless handover from tender to contract.
