I'm currently partnering with an established, privately owned developer-builder to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a landmark residential development in Sydney's North West. This is a career-defining opportunity to lead the delivery of a $350M+ mixed-use residential project, taking ownership from early construction through to completion.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll lead the project team while driving programme, commercial outcomes and overall project performance. This role will suit a proven delivery professional who enjoys leading large teams, mentoring Project Managers and Contract Administrators, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
