Investment Associate to join an APAC high-performing real assets private equity platform focused on Sustainable Communities & Infrastructure across Asia Pacific, with particular emphasis on Japan, Australia, India, and New Zealand.

Responsibilities
As an Associate, you’ll be part of a small best-in-class Real Estate investments team, with senior leaders from a tier-one investment background.
You’ll work across the full investment lifecycle, including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
You’ll gain exposure to a diversified set of strategies across real assets and platforms with direct involvement in live deals and development projects.
What we’re looking for
We are only considering candidates with investment banking experience . Ideally you will bring:
- 2-4 years in tier one investment banking with strong technical skills.
- Excellent financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
- Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
- Real estate experience is beneficial but not required.
