Redpath Mining is seeking a Leading Hand Shaft Electrician to supervise electrical maintenance and repair of shaft sinking infrastructure on site. You will ensure safety, reliability, and compliance across electrical, control, and communications systems in an underground environment.
You will lead a crew, mentor apprentices, coordinate daily tasks, and perform routine and breakdown maintenance on powered winding systems. Strong fault-finding and planning skills are essential.
