What you’ll do
- Own store performance across revenue, gross profit and labour targets
- Lead from the floor, serving customers and keeping trade moving
- Recruit, roster and coach your team to deliver strong service and sales
- Manage ordering, deliveries, stocktakes and stock loss
- Use Bottle-O promotions, product displays and local customer knowledge to drive sales
- Maintain responsible service of alcohol and safe working practices
What we’re looking for
- Bottle shop, retail or hospitality leadership experience—or a strong supervisor ready to step up
- Someone who genuinely enjoys chatting with locals and getting to know the regulars
- A hands-on leader who sets clear expectations, supports the team and pitches in
- Strong organisation across rosters, stock, deliveries and computer-based admin
- The ability to safely unload deliveries, move cartons and handle the physical side of the role
- Flexibility across nights, weekends and public holidays, plus a current Queensland RSA; Forklift Licence preferred
