Red Invest Capital Holdings is the parent company of a growing group of Perth-based businesses: Red Arrow Australia, RADIAN Architecture, RASP Australia, Ironstone Australia and Green Arrow Australia. Together they work in recruitment, architecture, design and engineering, project management and green energy, serving the mining, resources, construction and energy sectors.
This is a senior white-collar recruitment role with two parts. You'll lead professional and technical hiring for our own businesses. You'll also build a portfolio of external clients who need high-calibre white-collar talent. You'll report to the Group HR Manager and work with leaders across the Group.
What you'll do:
- Run end-to-end recruitment for Group roles, including engineers, architects, project managers and corporate professionals.
- Advise hiring managers on role design, salary benchmarking and the candidate market.
- Win and grow client accounts, and negotiate fees and terms.
- Headhunt passive talent and build strong talent pipelines.
- Promote our employer brand and support our Indigenous employment commitments through the ADAPT program.
- Report on recruitment metrics and keep JobAdder records accurate.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years' white-collar recruitment experience, ideally both agency and in-house.
- A track record placing professional and technical talent in resources, construction or energy.
- Proven business development success and a strong billing history.
- The credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience with JobAdder (or a similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A current driver's licence and full working rights in Australia.
