The Role
There is now an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to join the highly regarded Corporate team working across Tax, structuring and Corporate matters. You will have the chance to work alongside both Corporate and Tax Partners advising across:
- Corporate governance
- Regulatory compliance
- Shareholders agreements
- Commercial transactions
- Direct and indirect tax advice on business successions
- Corporate structuring and re-organisations
- Tax audits, objections, private rulings
The role will suit lawyers with 3 to 9 years corporate and/or tax experience out of a private client group with the opportunity to upskill across general corporate commercial.
