Orange McDonald's Restaurants (Maccas) are looking for great people! We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Restaurant Manager to join their team in Orange NSW. This role will suit a highly motivated, operations focused applicant who has completed LTS as minimum qualifications and has the skills to motivate a team and whilst being a professional employee but also having great fun along the way!
Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Shift Management including training
- Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
- Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
- Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures.
- Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
- Ability to achieve financial budgets.
- Maintain WH&S standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
- Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
Skills & Experience
- Ability to demonstrate McDonald's KPI historical results / performance
- The ability to train and develop team members
- Proven staff management and leadership skills

Salary range is $70,000 - $80,000pa commensurate with experience, Fulltime Position available Application opens on 21st of July 2026 and closes on 21st of August 2026.
