The role connects teams, improves business processes and maintains progress against agreed priorities.
Duties - Operations Delivery Coordinator
- Monitor day-to-day branch operations to identify workflow pressures and emerging delivery issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional work across teams, including operational areas, finance, governance and other business areas.
- Maintain branch-level trackers and dashboards that provide a clear picture of priorities, delivery progress, risks and issues.
Skills / Experience - Operations Delivery Coordinator
- Demonstrated experience coordinating business operations or projects or providing senior executive support with responsibility for cross-team coordination and delivery.
- Proficiency with collaboration and work management tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent platforms.
- Experience developing standard operating procedures, branch-level reporting products or executive governance material to improve coordination and delivery.
