Our client, a growing property company, is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join their team.
This role is ideal for a motivated individual who can lead by example, supervise a small crew, and assist with a range of civil, building, and property maintenance projects.
Requirements
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous Leading Hand or Supervisory experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and follow project plans and instructions
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
Desirable
- Experience operating Excavators and Moxy trucks
- Experience in civil construction, property maintenance, or development projects
- Ability to coordinate and supervise site activities
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Reliable transport
Duties May Include
- Leading and supervising a small team of labourers
- Operating Excavators and Moxy trucks where required
- Coordinating daily site activities and allocating tasks
- Assisting with property development and maintenance works
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining high-quality standards
- Site clean-up, material handling, and general labouring duties
- Liaising with management and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
