The Role
Reporting to a delightful Talent Acquisition Manager and working within a close-knit and supportive team help drive recruitment and build a talent pipeline for their unskilled workforce during this exciting phase of growth in this hands‐on fast paced role. Specific duties include:
- Manage the high volume end‐end recruitment process for candidates, placing advertisements, screening, pre‐employment activities and onboarding documentation
- Manage interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers
- Establish a best‐in‐class experience to candidates, hiring managers, and other business partners
- Build and maintain a high‐quality talent pool
- Assist with monthly recruitment reporting
- Manage variety of roles
- Other ad‐hoc recruitment activities
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will have 1- 2 + years' experience within either internal or agency recruitment and demonstrated expertise managing high volume end‐end recruitment process. Your ability to build relationships within all levels of an organisation and drive and urgency to deliver business results is essential.
