Recruitflex is partnering with an established national aged care provider to recruit a Residential Aged Care Manager for its 120-bed home in Tuncurry. They need a commercially minded, people-focused leader to bring direction, drive performance and create a positive environment for residents, families and staff.
The Role
Within this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the home's operations, balancing quality care with workforce capability, operational efficiency and financial performance.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will benefit from structured leadership support and work alongside an established Care Manager who brings longstanding knowledge of the home.
You'll have real influence over how the home operates, how your team develops and the experience delivered to residents and their families.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have at least five years' management experience, with a well developed knowledge of clinical care.
You're a practical leader who enjoys developing people, addressing challenges and building a motivated, accountable team.
You're also commercially astute, with the judgement to balance resident needs, workforce demands and the operational performance of the home.
You may already be working as a Facility Manager, Residential Manager or General Manager, or bring relevant healthcare leadership experience. You're confident working across different systems and turning improvement opportunities into action.
Finally, you understand that a well-run home depends on strong relationships – with your team, residents, families and the wider community.
