About The Company
Our client is a well-established, family-owned plumbing business located in Mildura. They specialise in a comprehensive range of plumbing services for both domestic and commercial clients, including plumbing maintenance, gas fitting, and metal roofing. Our client's skilled team is dedicated to providing high-quality service across a broad geographical area, ensuring that they meet the needs of their diverse customer base.
About The Opportunity
In this full-time role, you’ll be:
- Carrying out plumbing work across various sectors, including maintenance, drainage, drain relining, and new installations
- Diagnosing faults and accurately quoting or scoping work on site
- Delivering work to a high standard while adhering to safety protocols and schedules
- Communicating professionally and effectively with customers and team members
- Completing necessary job paperwork, compliance certificates, and site documentation
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience as a qualified plumber and a valid driver’s licence
- A current Victorian plumbing licence/registration, or be an interstate-licensed plumber willing to obtain Victorian registration
- Exposure to commercial plumbing projects
- Your own basic hand tools
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A self-motivated attitude and a desire to grow into leadership roles
Desirable:
- Drain relining and CCTV inspection experience (training provided)
- Qualifications in backflow prevention, confined space, working at heights, roofing and gas fitting, and a White Card
