Recruit Shop Pty Ltd is seeking a confident, hands-on Team Leader to support the Store Manager at our airport store. You’ll lead shifts, coach the team, and act as second-in-charge, including opening, closing, and running the store solo when needed.
Key responsibilities include guiding rosters, coaching staff on the shop floor, driving sales through great customer experiences, stock control, visual merchandising, and stepping in for the Store Manager during absences to keep operations smooth.
