An understanding of NSW real estate legislation and sales documentation would be highly regarded in this instance, or a willingness to learn.
Essential:
- Current or recent skills working within Real Estate
- A willingness to work part-time - 3 days a week within an office environment (school hours would be considered)
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to finish tasks within expected timeframes
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration – Real Estate
