Manage a residential portfolio of 220 properties in a Monday to Friday role with dedicated leasing, administration, inspection and accounts support. The ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on property management and is looking to manage a portfolio with plenty of support and excellent systems in place.
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Routine and outgoing inspections (with support)
- Arrears management
- NCAT preparation and attendance
- Bond and insurance claims
- Oversee repairs and trades
- Tenant selection with Landlords
- Portfolio compliance

Experience required
- Experience working as a Senior Property Manager
- Class 2 real estate license
- A valid drivers license and reliable car
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Ability to work with and direct support staff
