About the role
Work alongside a leading Sales Agent and their Associate, managing the administration behind every sale from appraisal through to settlement. You will be the team's trusted right hand, keeping campaigns organised, deadlines on track and clients informed, while remaining a step ahead.
- Prepare appraisal documents and agency agreements
- Coordinate marketing, styling and property photoshoots
- Attend photoshoots and capture social content
- Manage contracts from exchange through to settlement
- Liaise with vendors throughout the sales process
- Maintain sales compliance and AML requirements
- Coordinate open homes and campaign timelines

Experience required
- Experience in real estate with sales support
- Strong understanding of the sales process and compliance
- Tech savvy with the ability to make swift decisions
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
- Demonstrate initiative, organisation and polished communication
