You will join a highly regarded advice firm with more than 36 years in market, deep client relationships and a leadership team that understands how to help advisers grow revenue properly. The role blends insurance strategy, client engagement, business development and long-term advice relationships.
The position suits a client-facing adviser who enjoys technical insurance advice, can identify commercial opportunities, and wants a serious platform to accelerate earnings without having to build everything from scratch.
Financial Adviser - Insurance
What you will be doing.
- Manage and grow an established client book across insurance-led advice opportunities.
- Design and deliver tailored insurance strategies for wealth accumulators, business owners and SMSF trustees.
- Work closely with the Head of Advice and experienced advisers across client strategy, revenue growth and service standards.
- Leverage dedicated support from a paraplanner and administrator so you can focus on advice, client engagement and conversion.
- Operate within a robust self-licensed AFSL framework with strong governance, documentation and client-first outcomes.
What you will bring
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a client-facing financial advice role.
- Strong insurance technical knowledge across retail advice and AFSL regulatory requirements.
- Degree qualification, ADFP and FASEA exam completion.
- High-level communication, presentation and analytical capability.
- A commercial mindset, strong client engagement skills and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term advice clients.
