Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to develop and support APIs, backend services, AI workflows, and conversational platforms.
The role requires strong .
NET and cloud engineering skills, combined with practical experience implementing AI capabilities in customer-facing applications.
A hands-on software engineer with strong . NET and cloud development skills who can build, integrate, test, and support production-grade AI and conversational applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and conversational applications.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered workflows and AI capabilities into customer interaction platforms.
- Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering techniques, and integrations with enterprise data sources.
- Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable software components using established engineering standards.
- Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Sec Ops practices.
- Support deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production incident resolution.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to deliver platform enhancements and operational improvements.
- Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ Years of strong hands-on development experience in C#/. NET and REST APIs.
- Experience with React and Type Script.
- Knowledge of microservices, enterprise integration, and Azure or AWS cloud services.
- Practical experience with LLMs, AI workflows, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Understanding of conversational AI, NLP/NLU, and AI orchestration.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, Dev Sec Ops, and production support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on software quality, reliability, and performance.
- Azure Open AI / Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Semantic Kernel and agentic AI frameworks.
