Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students, covering VCE, HSC, or IB subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Economics).
Integrate MarsLadder AI into the learning process – using its data insights to personalise feedback, track progress, and prepare students for exams.
Contribute to the development of teaching materials including notes, tests, and practice resources.
Work closely with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy.
Participate in internal training, research, and mentor programs, helping improve teaching quality across campuses.
Inspire students not just to study, but to love learning and aim higher.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong academic background – experience with VCE, HSC, or IB curriculum (ATAR high achiever strongly preferred).
- Experience in tutoring or teaching senior-level students is essential.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English.
- Confidence in using AI-powered teaching tools (training provided).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills – willing to share insights with the lecturer team.
- Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check.
- Weekend availability for senior classes.
