Real Therapy Solutions is seeking passionate Behaviour Support Practitioners (Core, Proficient, Advanced, Specialist) or individuals keen to become Behaviour Practitioners. Induction training, supervision, and ongoing support will be provided.
Job Description
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you’ll develop and implement positive behaviour support plans for adults and children with diverse needs. Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behaviour assessments
- Creating evidence-based, personalized support plans
- Working with a varied caseload with comprehensive support
Ongoing support, supervision, and training ensure your continuous professional development.

Requirements
- Full Australian work rights
- Registration as an NDIS Registered Behaviour Practitioner (Core and above preferred)
- Degree in allied health or related area (preferred)
- Current driver’s license and working vehicle
- Police check and Working with Children check (or ability to obtain)
