- Join a supportive team: Work alongside experienced trainers and our national training team, with access to training, equipment and ongoing support.
- Expand your skills: Explore opportunities to deliver electrical rescue, fire safety, tactical medicine or mental health training, depending on your experience and interests.
- Access travel opportunities: Take on optional interstate training opportunities to broaden your experience.
Youβll Ideally Have:
- Experience as a paramedic, emergency nurse, firefighter, military medic or in a comparable emergency response role.

About Real Response:
At Real Response, we do training differently. More than a decade ago, our founders recognised a gap in traditional training, people were learning the theory but weren't always leaving with the confidence to act in a real emergency. They set out to change that. Today, we bring together emergency professionals, educators and creatives to deliver immersive, high-impact training that prepares people for the unexpected.
Through realistic scenarios, practical learning and structured debriefing, we help participants turn knowledge into action. We're a team of more than 40 passionate professionals delivering training across Australia and beyond. Our programs span first aid, fire safety, emergency drills, mental health, tactical medicine and security.
We work with organisations including the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Home Affairs, the University of Melbourne, Metro Trains, Sydney Water and the Australian Federal Police, delivering training across a wide range of industries and environments. From small businesses to high-risk industries and government departments, our reach is wide, but our impact is always personal.
Our philosophy is simple: We Imagine Things Done Better. We're not just teaching skills. We're helping people develop the confidence to use them when it matters most.
Ready to Make a Difference? If you have real-world emergency experience and want to use it to help others prepare for the unexpected, we'd love to hear from you. Bring your experience. Share your knowledge. Help us prepare people for the moments that matter.
