Real Pet Food Company in Dubbo, NSW, is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to drive sustainable improvements across our production operations from receipt of raw materials to warehouse dispatch. You will work on the factory floor, listen to operators, influence teams and lead change management to ensure improvements are practical and adopted.
Ideally you have 2–5 years in process/manufacturing engineering within FMCG or food manufacturing, with Lean experience and a collaborative approach.
