Reach Markets sits at one of the most interesting intersections in Australian finance β€” where capital meets innovation. We are a specialised investment firm that identifies and backs exceptional companies riding the world's biggest structural shifts: AI, electrification, digitisation and the geopolitical reshaping of global supply chains. But unlike a traditional fund or broker, we go far beyond capital raising. We become long-term partners to the companies we back β€” providing capital, strategic advice, investor relations, and network access all the way through to exit.

With over $160 million in assets under management, a network of over 10,000 sophisticated investors, and a portfolio of innovative and global-potential companies entering a significant phase of value creation, this is a genuinely exciting time to be part of the Reach team. You'll work closely with founders and management teams building real businesses, and sit inside a firm that has built something rare in this market β€” a scalable, relationship-driven model that traditional institutions simply can't replicate.

If you're motivated by doing work that matters, in a team that moves fast and thinks long-term, Reach could be the right next step.

About You

You're early in your finance career but you think like an investor. You can read a business quickly, form a view, and express it in writing that other people actually want to read. You're not looking for a passive learning environment β€” you want to be in the room, contributing to real transactions, and developing expertise that compounds over time. You're motivated by the quality of the work and the calibre of the people around you and you're ready to earn your place in both.
