What You’llBe Doing
As Parts Manager, you will:
- Lead, support and develop the Parts team
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Parts department
- Provide sales and parts interpretation support to internal andexternal customers
- Manage parts quoting, purchasing, invoicing and inventory processes
- Maintain strong inventory accountability and support stocktakes
- Deliver a high level of service and support to our customers andpartners
- Drive a culture of safety, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the wider branch team to support business andcustomer needs
What We’reLooking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous leadership or team management experience
- Has previous parts experience within a dealership, machinery,automotive or similar environment
- Has a strong understanding of inventory management and stockaccountability
- Brings maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic
- Delivers excellent customer service and maintains a professionalapproach
- Has intermediate Microsoft Office skills and the ability to becomeproficient in parts interpretation and dealer management software
- Is a proactive leader who takes ownership and drives results
- Can build a positive, collaborative and high-performing teamenvironment
