RDK Spray Painting is seeking an experienced Industrial Spray Painter / Sandblaster to join our workshop team in Toowoomba.
You will work as part of a team preparing, coating and maintaining a range of products and industrial equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting and coating, including cleaning, sanding and sandblasting.
- Apply industrial coatings and paint finishes to products and equipment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep the workshop clean and safe.
- Work cooperatively with the team to meet production and quality requirements.
About you
- At least 1 year of relevant industrial spray-painting or sandblasting experience.
- Experience preparing surfaces and applying industrial coatings.
- Good attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full Australian working rights.
A current forklift licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
What we offer
- $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience.
- Full-time, Monday-to-Friday workshop hours.
