RCR Mining Technologies islooking for an Experienced Boilermaker Welder to joinour Bunbury workshop on a Permanent - Full Time basis.This is a workshop-based role, home every night.
RCR Mining Technologies is amarket leader and OEM in the design, manufacture,service, and support of innovative, award-winningmaterials handling solutions for the mining and railsectors. Our product range includes apron and beltfeeders, conveyors, bucket wheel excavators, stackers,spreaders, in-pit mining units, sizers, scrubbers, andscreeners, supported by comprehensive OEM parts,maintenance, and lifecycle services.
About the Role
Reporting to the SeniorFabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for,but not limited to:
Fabricate and weldstructural steel, mechanicalcomponents, and piping to AustralianStandards and clientspecifications. Prepare materials andcomponents for welding using bestpractices. Operate and maintainworkshop tools and equipment safely andeffectively. Interpret and work fromdrawings, blueprints, and workinstructions. Maintain workshopcleanliness and ensure all equipment issecure and well-kept. Complete additional tasksas directed within your skills andqualifications. Work in accordance withRCR's HSEQ policies, procedures andsystems, and contribute to a strongsafety culture. Collaborate with internalteams, clients, suppliers andstakeholders to deliver projectoutcomes. Contribute to continuousimprovement of systems, processes andways of working.
What We're Looking For (Essential Criteria)
Candidate with anAustralian-recognised TradeCertificate The ability to pass apre-employment drug and alcoholscreening and perform physicallydemanding work. A strong commitment tosafety, quality, and reliability. Reside locally or bewilling to relocate to theSouthwest. The right to live and workin Australia on an ongoing basis. Current Driver'sLicence.
