RB99 Commercial is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our friendly team in Caringbah.
We're after someone who is organised, has a good eye for detail, enjoys building relationships and knows how to get things done!
About the Role
You’ll be working alongside our existing Property Managers and assistants, sharing the day-to-day responsibilities of managing our commercial property portfolio.
It's a team environment in an open plan office, so you won't be left to juggle everything on your own!
What We're Looking For
- Previous property management experience (residential or commercial)
- Current real estate licence
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Current driver's licence and your own vehicle
Coming from residential property management? No problem!
We're happy to teach you the commercial side of things.
