In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with a team of successful sales agents and be part of a supportive administration team known for delivering exceptional service and fostering a strong team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing appraisal and listing kits
- Coordinating marketing collateral and listing content
- Supporting auction and open home preparation
- Managing online portals and property listings
- Manage and qualify phone calls
- General administrative, office and ad-hoc support across the office
- Office Stock/stationary management
Bonus Experience (Not Required):
- Familiarity with Vault CRM / NurtureCloud
- Confidence using Canva for property marketing material
About You:
- Prior real estate experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Immaculate presentation and a professional, can do attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
