ABOUT THE ROLE
Take ownership of a residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing an allocated residential portfolio.

Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.

Coordinating repairs, maintenance and tradespeople.

Managing arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals.
-
Building strong landlord and tenant relationships.
-
Managing tenancy matters and legislative compliance.
-
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

ABOUT YOU
You're a confident, organised and proactive Property Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

Minimum 2 years' Australian residential Property Management experience.

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work autonomously and manage a portfolio.

Professional maturity, initiative and attention to detail.

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Ailo or Property Tree experience highly regarded.
