Ray White The Bayside Group is seeking a motivated and highly organised Front of house/ Office Administration professional to join our growing Bayside team.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role that combines front-of-house support with office operations . You'll play a key role in delivering a seamless, professional experience for both clients and agents, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing general office administration, systems, onboarding and workflow processes
Managing front desk reception and delivering a warm, professional client experience
Operational assistance to the greater team
