We're on the hunt for a driven, energetic and people-loving BDM / Leasing Manager to join the Property Management team at Ray White Geelong West!
We're growing our rental portfolio organicallyand need someone who knows how to make things happen. Someone who loves meeting people, building relationships, chasing opportunities and, most importantly, turning potential landlords into happy clients.
This isn't your typical sit-behind-a-desk property management role. You'll be out there winning new business, showing off great properties, meeting prospective tenants and getting properties leased!
And the best part? Once you've secured the property and found its new tenant, you hand it over to our dedicated Property Management team. Your focus is on growing, leasing and doing it all over again!
So, what will you be doing?
- Hunting down new rental management opportunities and turning leads into listings.
- Meeting landlords, conducting rental appraisals and winning new managements.
- Building great relationships with investors and prospective clients.
- Managing the leasing process from advertising through to securing the right tenant.
- Hosting midweek and Saturday open for inspections (with time in lieu for Saturday work).
- Working alongside our Property Management team to ensure every new tenancy gets a smooth handover.
- Helping out with reception and supporting the Property Manager during office hours between 3:00pm and 5:30pm.
What we're looking for...
We're after someone who brings a bit of personality, plenty of initiative and knows their way around the rental market.
You'll need:
- At least 3 years' experience in BDM, Leasing and/or Property Management.
- Agent's Representative Certificate,Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or Diploma of Agency Management.
- A current Victorian driver's licence and reliable car.
- Great communication skills and the confidence to build relationships.
- Current Police check or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a few things at once.
- A positive attitude, a bit of personality and a genuine drive to succeed.
