As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of a diverse commercial portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring assets are managed strategically, compliantly and profitably.

What you'll be doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio, including lease administration, tenant relations, and financial reporting.
- Proactively identify and implement strategies to maximise the performance and value of each property.
- Manage and coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant.
- Preparing budgets, reports and asset strategies for clients.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service.
- Work closely with our sales and leasing team to maximise outcomes for clients.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in commercial property management, ideally in the retail, office or industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using property management software and the Google Suite.
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration, drivers licence and reliable transport.
- Demonstrated understanding of commercial lease agreements, property legislation, and compliance requirements.
