We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee a property management roles in a task based environment. You will work closely with other team members, experienced department heads, and modern property management technology designed to keep your focus where it counts: nurturing landlord relationships and maintaining property health.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively managing end-to-end client communications with landlords, tenants, and trades
- Conducting routine inspections, entry/exit condition reports, and timely maintenance coordination
- Reviewing rent adjustments, lease renewals, and arrears management
- Representing owners at NCAT hearings when necessary
About you
- Current NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Demonstrated experience in residential property management
- High proficiency with standard PM software (e.g., Property tree, flk it over, inspection express)
- Strong conflict-resolution, negotiation, and written communication skills
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
