Ray White is seeking a Training Specialist to lift the capability of our brokers and corporate team in Adelaide. You will drive state-wide induction and Go to Market training, becoming an expert in MyCRM and related tools, and support brokers to adopt new features within their operating rhythms.
You will deliver training using national design materials, adapt sessions for group sizes, and collaborate with the National Learning Leadership Group to align with the Go to Market roadmap.
