Ray White Rural is seeking a Business Development Executive based in New South Wales with flexible location. The role focuses on maintaining and creating relationships across rural property markets and growing the Ray White Rural network by recruiting salespeople and businesses.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will train the network on Ray White systems, establish coach/mentor relationships with principals, and drive growth strategies while supporting the team on the ground.
