We are seeking a fourth-year Bachelor of Pharmacy student or Intern Pharmacist who is keen to build practical experience, develop their skills and contribute to patient-focused community pharmacy care.
The Role
Working under pharmacist supervision, you will support day-to-day pharmacy operations, assist with dispensary activities appropriate to your training and registration, and provide friendly customer service. Your duties will include:
- Assisting with Webster packing
- Processing retail sales
- Replenishing stock
- Maintaining an organised pharmacy
You will work within your scope and refer clinical enquiries to the supervising Pharmacist as appropriate. For the successful candidate, there is potential to progress into a full-time Pharmacist position following successful completion of the internship year and attainment of general registration.
Skills Required
- Currently enrolled in the fourth year of a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, or an Intern Pharmacist holding provisional registration with AHPRA.
- Friendly communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively and follow pharmacist guidance.
- A reliable, professional and patient-focused approach.
- Webster packing experience beneficial.
