About you
- A Bachelor of Pharmacy and current registration with AHPRA (MMR) and Aged Care Onsite Pharmacist (ACOP) credentialling
- Excellent communication skills, able to develop and maintain relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive, driven and passionate about making an impact in the aged care sector
