The Role
- Assist customers
- Provide a friendly, positive customer service experience
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels
- Support the dispensing team with administrative duties
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and welcoming
About You
- Open to all applicants currently holding permanent or temporary working rights in Australia
- This role would suit someone who may have experience in a retail or service environment, or looking to gain customer service experience
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- Positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude to the role
- Motivation to learn with a customer service mindset
- Attention to detail and sound error checking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well across diverse cohorts
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software is an advantage
