- Communicate design rationale, user insights, and interaction flows clearly to stakeholders.
- Participate in Go-To-Market initiatives where required and contribute to organisational KPIs.
What we're looking for:
- Empathetic, insight-driven, and passionate about solving user problems.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and consistent in your design execution.
- Comfortable facilitating research, workshops, and usability testing.
- A strong collaborator and communicator across technical and non-technical teams.
- Curious, adaptable, and proactive in staying across emerging design tools and trends.
- Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
- Tertiary qualification in Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or similar.
- Training or certification in UX/UI methodologies (highly desirable).
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Accessibility (WCAG), Responsive layouts designed for mobile, web applications, Smart TVs, and touchscreen interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
