Cohort Coffee Roasters is seeking a Head Barista for our premium Bronte Beach café. You will lead morning coffee and breakfast service, ensuring high-quality espresso and smooth operations in a fast-paced setting.
The role requires at least 3 years in a busy café, leadership experience, and the ability to handle 7–8kg+ volumes while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our culture of quality and community.
