Your new company A Federal Government is seeking an APS5/6 Communications Project Support Officer to join a high-profile program delivering digital and business transformation initiatives.
Your new role
Working within a collaborative project environment, you will provide communications and project support across a range of delivery activities. You will contribute to stakeholder engagement, implementation readiness, governance coordination, and project reporting while supporting project managers and delivery leads to achieve strategic outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, project support or change coordination roles.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience supporting project delivery, transformation, ICT or digital initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Experience preparing governance documentation, reports and communication materials.
- Experience supporting digital, ICT or business transformation projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2.
- Experience coordinating governance forums and executive reporting.
