Your new role You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration and financial support of the team and site operations. Tasks will include management of the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, process and enter timesheet data with speed and accuracy, maintain site registers, records, and project documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and can confidently juggle multiple priorities.
What you'll need to succeed
- Exposure to accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, or timesheet processing
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- The ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
