Your new roleKey responsibilities for the role include:
- Managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Executive Director (Passenger Transport and Strategic Policy), ensuring the provision of professional, timely and confidential administrative support.
- Providing administrative support to the Passenger Transport and Strategic Policy
- Purchasing of office supplies and minor equipment
- Enabling ICT system access, Government identification and building access
- Booking meetings, tracking correspondence (predominantly email) and utilisation of other office systems (Microsoft Office suite).
- Providing support and training on recruitment, payroll and timesheet processes, review and progress of recruitment-related documents and queries and contributing to the network of Administration Support personnel in the Land Transport Safety and Regulation branch.
- Promoting positive team culture across the business and being an example by demonstrating team values and taking a leading role in the coordination of team activities.

- Experience in a similar or comparable role or a demonstrated ability to quickly gain the knowledge required to undertake the role
