Accounts Payable Officer

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Managing the accounts inbox and maintaining organised electronic records
• Following up on approvals to ensure timely invoice processing
• Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
• Responding to supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
• Supporting month-end activities and payable ledger reconciliations

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
