Trendpac on the NSW Central Coast is seeking a Value Stream Manager - Plastics to own its plastics manufacturing operation in a 24/7 environment, leading supervisors and frontline teams. You’ll drive labour, machine performance, budgets, OEE and waste, collaborating with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain to uncover and implement daily improvements, while shaping the culture and capability of the operation.
