From launch to sell-through, hero SKUs to clearance calls and supplier negotiations to margin protection.

What you'll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end category performance across retail and e-commerce
- Managing supplier relationships, negotiations, pricing, rebates and joint business plans
- Building ranges that balance commercial performance with customer demand
- Driving pricing strategy, margin performance and stock health
- Leading GTM for new products and exclusives
- Partnering closely with stores, e-commerce, marketing and supply chain
- Actively managing aged stock, sell-through and replenishment strategies
This is a hands-on, commercially accountable role where your decisions genuinely matter.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Buyer or Category Manager in a retail or omni-channel environment
- Strong commercial acumen with real ownership of margin, pricing and range decisions
- Confidence working directly with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Someone who enjoys being close to the detail but can think strategically
