An exciting opportunity for a Store Sales Manager has just become available at Rapid Tune. We are looking for a vibrant and energetic person who is comfortable working in our fast-paced modern, state of the art retail Automotive Service Centre.
Enjoy being the face of the business whilst leading a team of enthusiastic, capable, and motivated technicians. This position may even be suitable for a mechanic looking to move away from the tools and advance their career skyward.
Key facets of the role include
- Communicating with customers about repairs required on their vehicle
- Liaising with the mechanics about further required repairs
- Selling that additional work to the customer
- Taking payments and managing the diary
Personal Attributes
- Mechanical experience is an advantage but not necessary
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Customer-friendly focus
- Strong organisational skills
- Current Drivers License
