The opportunity
We are seeking a Legal Secretary to join our busy team. You must be a team player with a friendly disposition. The successful applicant will be assisting lawyers from our Townsville offices, across numerous areas of law.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a secretarial/personal assistant role within the legal industry is advantageous;
- Experience with LEAP is preferred, but not essential;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task;
- Preparation of high quality documents with particular focus on attention to detail;
- Excellent word processing skills including file and diary management;
- A professional presentation with an excellent telephone manner;
- Good comprehension and typing skills (min 70 wpm).
