Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and allocate daily driver runs efficiently, optimising routes and resources to minimise costs.
- Act as the primary contact for drivers, providing clear instructions and timely support.
- Address driver inquiries and resolve operational issues, including delays and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Track driver progress and ensure adherence to schedules when required.
- Coordinate responses to emergencies or breakdowns, implementing contingency plans to minimise disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to optimise fleet operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Participate in performance reviews and contribute to improvement initiatives.

- Proven experience in transport bookings and logistics coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
